MP Bhatt, Dr.

Brief biography: Dr. MP Bhatt was a Research Fellow at the Climate Systems Analysis and Prediction of Hamburg University, Germany before joining to AITM. Dr. Bhatt worked at the Earth and Environmental Systems Institute of Penn State University, USA as a Postdoctoral Scholar and compiled weathering advance rates of basalt at multiple scales ranging from millimeter to thousands to kilometers. He also worked at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the University of New Hampshire, USA as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. He obtained his PhD degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Studies with emphasis on Water Resources Management from the University of New Hampshire, USA and worked as a Visiting Scientist and Visiting Scholar in the same university. He did his MS degree in Hydrospheric – Atmospheric Sciences from Nagoya University, Japan under Japanese Government Scholarship based on UNESCO IHP Special Program and did his MSc degree in Chemistry from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Dr. Bhatt has nearly two decades of research and teaching experience in different universities and published many scientific papers in reputed international journals.
