A.I.T.M. Secondary School aims to impart international-level quality education to bring out the hidden potential underlying in each student to pace ahead as per their capabilities. The Program is focused on quality education which lays a strong foundation for the students to pursue the higher education of their interest The Plus Two Program at the College has been running Science and Management streams with the elective subject as per the norms of the National Examinations Board, Nepal (NEB). The Plus Two Program at AITM has been running successfully since 2007 and has produced a large number of quality graduates who are occupying key positions in their respective fields of interest in the national and international arena.
The vision and mission of the College is to contribute to human resources development in the country through the effective delivery of learning opportunities to produce skilled and qualified students with critical analytical skills, and creative and innovative thinking who are morally and socially responsible and can lead at the forefront.
Eligibility for Enrollment
The eligibility for enrollment in the Plus Two Program of AITM is governed by the eligibility criteria specified by NEB. The students who scored a 1.6 GPA in S.E.E. are eligible to study in the Plus Two Program with the subjects of their interest in the Science and Management Streams.

The entrance examination date will be notified after the announcement of the S.E.E. Examination results. The entrance examination will be Computer Based Test (CBT), which contains multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and G.K. for Science stream; and Mathematics, English, and G.K. for the Management stream and will be followed by an interview.
The college provides full and partial scholarships like the AITM Mayor’s Scholarship based on the norms of the Local Government. (Lalitpur Metropolitan City)
The assessment system comprises class tests, monthly tests, and terminal Examinations, which are administered by the college itself as per the College’s Academic Calendar. All the students must appear in all the tests and Examinations.
There would be parent-teacher interaction regarding the progress of the students after every terminal Examination result is published. The parents/guardians must avail themselves along with their wards in the meeting. Besides, parents/guardians meetings, they can come or call the College Administration to talk about the particular matter of the individuals when in need.
